Laimar Hotels International LLP is one of the renowned Four Star Group of hotel based in Cochin. The client member group wanted Large hall measuring 5000sq.ft with two pillars in between watered space to be reconfigure using Movable Partition for conducting multiple Meeting & Training room sessions.

MODWAL was contacted and ask to design and quote for the project. MODWAL suggested 100mm Thickness, 50dB Sound Rating, Center Stacking arrangements, Laminate Panel Finishes with a “+” type layout so that space flexibility can be achieved at desired areas by building and dividing the partitions.

“L” type steel structure was fabricated and erected above the False Ceiling so that the track sights in line with False Ceiling. The layout had provision of building the big wall measuring 10,830mm independently and joined by two small walls of 2,460 length.

The Panels was Supplied and Installed on time and the client was happy with our final outcome.
