Brilliant Estates Limited is one of the leading property developers in Indore with projects specialized from Residential towers to High end commercial buildings.

MODWAL has already supplied to brilliant estates in the past and brilliant estates preferred MODWAL to supply and install three Movable Partitions for their on-going project for the client Teleperformance, Indore.

The architect for the project was Sketch designs. The system utilized for the project center stacking panels were when the partitions are not in use the panels can be divided into two can be stored either side. The client demanded excellent acoustics when three meeting sessions happen no acoustics disturbances should occur.

The track was suspended in line with the false ceiling by doing a small MS Fabrication structure for a height of 700mm from the true ceiling to false ceiling. The baffling of the space above track was also performed. The proposal system was 100mm thick panel, 50dB sound rating with exposed aluminium trims.

The client wanted Laminate Finish on the panels ranging from Stomy glacier (Grey) to Moderate Lumlere glacier (Yellow), to bright Frosty White. The panels were manufactured, delivered on time and supplied as per the agreed delivery period.

MODWAL completed the installation and did an on-site sound test to demonstrate the desired acoustics.
