Om Resort is one of the upcoming resorts in Satna, Madhya Pradesh were client had a massive hall of 10,000 sq.ft wanted to divide the banquet hall into two to offering banquet and dinning solutions as and when required.

The length of the partition was 20,000 mm and height of 6 mm since there was a constraint to fabricate over height beam on the sides of the hall. The client insisted for simple Side Stacking Layout where all the panels are make to stop equally along the center line of the main track on both the sides.

The client wanted beige and chocolate laminate veneer combination finish with exposed trims take into weight up the panel. MODWAL recommended heavy duty guide track and two wheel steel and tough long rollers.

Since the beam was suspecting the track was supplied by the client and the track was angered directly below the beam without the need for any fabrication work.

Project was slaidly delayed due to COVID lock down situation but in spite of COVID situation we did manage to install the panels on time and did a successful handed over.
