MODWAL was nominated by Seating World, Hyderabad for supply and installation of Movable Partition Wall for their Residence project at Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. The objective of utilising the Movable Partition was to divide the foyer and home theatre into two, so that the home theatre made to function independently. MODWAL suggested 100mm thickness, 50dB Acoustic Movable Partition for separating the home theatre from the rest of hall. The structural work in the form of MS fabrication was done above false ceiling for suspending the track. The system utilised guide track and two wheel roller. The stacking of the panels was in the form of side stack slightly offset from the main track. The client also requested for an inset pass door to have access to the other side of the partition when it is built.

The finishes proposed where laminate on one side facing the hall and foam back fabric inside the home theatre. The project was completed on time and client was happy with our work.
